Monthly round up..
My newsletters are predominately fashion related but I thought it might be fun to do a monthly round up, of places I have been, things I've bought, a styling tip and my most worn item, so here goes...
ATE:
ROKA Charlotte Street are currently are doing a £20 set menu this month (February) until 24th - we went on Saturday and it was so good. It included 3 shared starters and something each from the robata grill, all mains are served with rice - the Ribs and Chicken were sooo good. Our cocktails cost more than the meal itself so if you really what to come out of there and have only have spent £20 i would order tap water ;)

DRANK:
I’ve not been drinking to much recently, but I have been drinking grapefruit tonics with a squeeze of lime, its a nice change in the evening to having just water! Basically it’s a Paloma but without tequila.

BOUGHT:
I actually bought this in December but I feel I need to share for all the margarita lovers or anyone that likes a squeeze of lime / lemon this is the kitchen tool for you - I can’t believe it took me this long to find this squeezer!
WATCHED:
We watched both seasons of big little lairs In January, I know i’m late to it but wow it was so good. I didn’t want it to end, highly recommend if you haven’t seen it already we watched in on NOW TV.
Also, Last of Us on NOW TV - was really good too. I was suprised as I didn’t think I would be that into it as its a story about a global pandemic but I loved it. Action packed with a few heart warming moments.

LISTENED:
Jason Fox on Working Hard, Hardly Working - it was a great quick listen highly recommend, he was really open and talked a lot about how communication is so important in life and relationships.
WHAT I’VE BEEN USING:
I was kindly gifted this Vichy face moisture, I have super dry skin at this time of year so normally need something thick and I’m pretty fussy as most moisturiser only keep me hydrated for a few hours but this one has made the cut, so I’ve just replaced it, £22 I’ve linked it here.

STYLING TIP:
If you are bored of your trainers and you don’t want to buy a new pair, you can buy shoe laces in a different colour - swap them out from white to black / or another colour within the shoe and it makes them feel different, like you’ve got a new pair of trainers and I bet you will start to wear them with different / more outfits too!

MOST WORN ITEM OF THE MONTH:

*Disclaimer I am dyslexic so go easy on me - I love writing but it doesn’t come naturally to me so hoping to get better as I go.
